Not a friendly staff. I walked in the door the white cashier looked at me and turned back around. A hello or welcome would have been appreciated. I passed 3 employees, not one of them asked if I needed help or found what I was looking for. I did purchase some dog food and one more item but I won’t be returning to this location. Diversity goes a long way

Went in to find a cowgirl hat for my granddaughter that was supposed to be in stock we couldn't find it in the store there was 3 ladies working that Friday whom were determined to help find it we didn't but one of them found A hat and we bedazzled it for a girl🤩 No one had visible name tags but I thanked them all in the store .GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE LADIES

I went in to get a heater this morning. I was told by the lady at the register that the heaters were put in storage so they can't sell them even though they are showing in stock in the store online. Her response was its spring. It's mid February and 30 degrees outside. I will not be back for anything from this store.

Purchased a 2k elec go-kart.. called the store 2 times, confirming the order. Also communicating I wanted a new one in the box for quality assurance and also the size of the box, they confirmed, and gave me the size of the box and said it will be ready for pickup soon. I paid a moving company to pick it up and drop it off. When it was dropped off, it was the store display that had rust on it because it's been sitting in the weather possibly for weeks. The issue is its a electric go-kart, That's why I asked for it in the box. I wouldnt leave it in the rain to ensure its longterm integrity. Communicating to the store the mistake. They said that it's not the store's fault because so many people work there. I should have communicated my request to the moving company I paid or used their shipping company. Completely avoiding accountability. Blamed me for communication when I told them directly. The assistant store manager rude and aggressive for no reason.. The store manager never called me back, He's apparently at another store busy this whole week. They said they cannot refund or compensate for the money used to pick it up because it's my fault.. and if I would have used their shippin
